Support a Meeting Room
Our Audio/Visual Services team helps prevent and resolve issues in conference rooms and shared spaces that use audio/visual (A/V) equipment.
The services includes on-demand pre-meeting consultation, and remote support when incidents occur. The service is end-to-end, facilitating communication with the vendor if equipment support, repair, or replacement is needed.
Features
The service is available for conference, collaboration, and instructional rooms built by °µÍøÊÓÆµIT Services, other °µÍøÊÓÆµdepartments, and third parties.
For facilities covered the following is provided:
- Onsite pre-meeting consultations
- Remote phone support that connects to IT Technical Support Center during regular business hours
- Regularly occurring room sweeps (e.g. weekly, biweekly, or at other intervals) to ensure equipment is functional, and to °µÍøÊÓÆµstandards
