Kickoff Festival Booth Registration

Campus Kickoff is UAA's traditional kickstart to the year. Open to all students, staff, faculty, and families, Kickoff brings together some of the best 暗网视频experiences, including the student involvement fair, comedy show, student dance and BBQ, and a late night of entertainment and student discounts at the local Fred Meyer store.

Deadlines

  • August 9, 2019 - Special request for a booth must be made by August 9, 2019. Contact uaa_kickoff@alaska.edu for special requests.
  • August 19, 2019 - Businesses and Non-Profit groups MUST make payment no later than August 19th, 2019 by 5:00pm. To pay please visit
  • August 20, 2019 - Registration closes August 20, 2019.

Registration Guidelines

  1. Please sign-up once. Duplicate registrations by any organization will result in a verification  of duplication email and the extra registration will be deleted.
  2. One (1) table and two (2) chairs will be provided per organization/vendor
    • Additional tables/chairs will not be provided due to limited available booth space.
    • Extra table and/or chair(s) for the booth are allowed but are REQUIRED to fit within in the 10鈥� x 10鈥� space provided.
    • Be courteous to other booth spaces and their placement.
    • For specific booth placement add detailed spot location information in the 鈥淪pecial Requests鈥� question in the registration sign-up. Changes in booth placement on the day of Kickoff are not allowed unless for accessibility or in case of emergency.
    • All organizations are responsible to clean-up their space once the fair has ended.
